The 22 teams of Other America are those really qualified (or likely to be for C. Porteno of Paraguay) for the Copa Libertadores 2017, replacing Bolivar, Liga de Quito and the 7 Mexicans.. They have given up to the Copa because it will affect their Liga MX… already qualified , they replace those teams in Others America:
Paraguay: Guarani, Olimpia, Libertad and Cerro Porteno (likely qualified)
Ecuador: Barcelona, Emelec, El Nacional and Independiente del Valle
Peru: Universitario, Melgar and Sporting Cristal
Uruguay: Cerro, Penarol, Wanderers and Nacional
Colombia: Atletico Nacional, Millos, Medellin and Santa Fe
Venezuela: Zamora and Deportivo Tachira
Bolivia: The Strongest
